Me and my fiancé first moved into these town houses in October and have had nothing but problems since our neighbors adopted a 15-year-old dog that continuously barks and makes my dog think there's another dog in the house and the Townhouse management does nothing my stairs have been broken outside for months my fiancé fell up the stairs and chipped his tooth and then they finally fixed one of them out of two of them I'm still waiting for one to get fixed, months ago a dish satellite a fellfrom on top of the townhouse and was swinging if I or my fiancé was outside we would've been hit and when I called the town house all they did was tie it to our back deck. After doing my research and actually going to a couple other places, I've decided that I am not going to move because I truly am getting more than what I am paying for. This is especially frustrating when you cannot load money onto the laundry card when they are closed--a laundry card they MAKE you use, that will not accept dollar bills and has a limit of $20 per time. Troubles with flooding, bedbugs, infestation, mold...these are things you do not want to mess around with!
